Quick Overview
- Return Window: 7 days from receiving your item
- Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Refund Method: Credit to original payment method within 1 business days

How to Return an Item
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Your item must meet ALL of the following:
- ✓ Received within the last 7 days
- ✓ Unused and in original condition
- ✓ In original packaging
- ✓ Not on the non-returnable items list (see below)
Step 2: Get Approval
Email admin@bagzdirect.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Step 3: Ship Your Item
Once approved, mail your item to:

Important: We recommend using trackable shipping for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- We'll inspect your return and email you within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 1 business days
What CANNOT Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
To request an exchange:
- Email admin@bagzdirect.com.au with photos of the defect/damage
- After approval, ship the item to:
- PO Box 104, Moorebank NSW 1875, Australia
- We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Gifts
If marked as a gift at purchase:
- You'll receive a gift certificate for the return value instead of a cash refund
- The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt and inspection of the return
If NOT marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Refund Issues?
If Your Refund Is Delayed:
- Check your bank account — refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear
- Contact your credit card company — they can confirm if the refund is processing
- Contact your bank — ask about expected posting dates

Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pro tip: For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This protects you in case your package is lost in transit.
Note: Please ship to our PO Box, not to the manufacturer.
